ENIGMA-task-based-fMRI
The Enhanced NeuroImaging Genetics through Meta-Analysis (ENIGMA) consortium aims to understand brain structure, function, and disease, based on brain imaging and genetic data by aggregating data from as many sites worldwide as possible, using meta-analysis. Ths has been done for structural and resting state MRI data so far. In this ENIGMA working group we extend the framework to task-based functional MRI to allow genome-wide association analysis with functional MRI intermediate phenotypes. Existing ENIGMA pipelines will be extended and complemented with analysis tools tailored to the analysis of task-based fMRI. Further, methods and algorithms for large-scale analyses of imaging data will be generated and made freely available.
